2nd Week 3

Ok ,  This week things are settling down, I am getting 99% of things done.                      What I have done is get up 1 hour earlier each morning to do my sit and MK, also now it’s gone from 15 minutes to 20! and I am really  enjoying it. Controlling my muscle’s and telling them to relax , I can’t describe how I feel when I finish but !     WOW!                          Also this extra time in the morning I get all those other things done my DPM, GS, my  Blue print and cards.

I have been ticking of the App on my mobile, (except it seems to get stuck) so my day is a lot smoother now and only need to do the GS after Lunch read my DMP.

My evening is easier to finish off and I’m not getting overwhelmed by too much to do before bed.  Taking your advice Mark, ending the week STRONG!

Looking forward to week 4, more organized.
