Hi All, This has been a big week for me catching up after being away for 10 days, so I came back to the mental diet that stared driving me mental! But I just had to STOP after a while , read it slowly get the gist of it.
I was trying to be to be “Peter Perfect,” I can’t stop the thoughts that’s what I was trying to do ! But it was Don’t dwell on the negative thoughts ! OK I sorted that out, still got to get through 7 days with out braking a day, and I though I was a pretty positive person, with not much Opinion,
No! I am a really critical cow! This so shocked me, no wonder my Blue daughter and I clash! LOL But, it Will be done soon!
The No TV, well I had Dr Who on that evening, Sorry Mark/Davene ( not sorry ) I HAD to watch that, only once a week for the short season. I’ve been watching Dr Who since I was a kid! But after that No problems, if any thing I seem to have a lot more time to get things done.
The next thing for me is getting the Music together for my DMP ? Has anybody completed this ? If so I am open to any tips you may have !

GG glad you had a great trip I to realized how negative I can be lol. I laid down the music but have to do voice over. I picked Bolero. There is a sample in digital replay week 7.

Hi, Georgina! Very interesting post! Regarding the Mental Diet, doing it perfectly in the way described is a necessary condition for success. Many do-overs are expected, and completing the entire seven days is a feat all too few have accomplished.
